Assemble UK are appointed CEM, which is the Contractors Engineering Manager for the projects to assist the landowner/developer in signing off the relevant technical Forms and associated method statement/WPP approvals as well as navigating the APA/BAPA process. We deliver great results by collaborating closely with the Network Rail teams, from conception, planning, obtaining consents, outline and detailed design, streamlining programme constraints and saving costs by supporting key negotiations at the APA/BAPA stage.

Typical projects include carrying out feasibility and viability studies for clients in the UK and across Europe prior to land acquisition to better understand the associated risks and mitigation strategies. The image is part of high level feasibility study on the Island of Cyprus for a private investor who was looking to understand the risks and constraints of building a small data centre in the Republic of Cyprus, which included due diligence studies on bringing power/comms and water to the site. This included understanding the approach to mitigating risk by looking into sustainable sources of energy, such as solar farms with back up battery storage.

We provide residential and commercial structural surveys that demonstrate the structural adequacy of a property via a Chartered Engineer's report. The reports provide clients and lenders the comfort they need to proceed with a sale or purchase.
